Kim Rogan serves as the Program Manager for Faculty Affairs. In this role, she provides university-level support and guidance on the procedures for promotion and tenure review, administrator review, emeritus status, and annual review. She also coordinates college- and unit-level faculty affairs representatives to support them through the process of review. This includes oversight and coordination of the development of review materials, guidelines and resources, organizing workshops, and the preparation and dissemination of support documents that are associated with procedure, policy, and policy changes.
Kim is originally from Tucson and has worked at the University of Arizona since 2014 with more than 12 years of experience teaching, supporting, and collaborating with our incredible faculty, administrators, and staff.
Prior to serving in this role, she worked in the Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities with the Department of Family & Community Medicine overseeing administrative activities. Kim is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, and has served on numerous UArizona committees and workgroups, incorporating the UArizona Value of Inclusion in all pursuits.
