Kim Rogan is the Program Manager for Faculty Affairs. In this role, she provides university-level support and guidance in the review of promotion and tenure, emeritus status, as well as administrator annual reviews. Kim also provides technical support and administration of the Review, Promotion and Tenure (RPT) platform. Coordinating college- and unit-level faculty affairs representatives, Kim supports faculty affairs efforts campus-wide. This includes oversight and coordination of the development of review materials, guidelines and resources. She also organizes workshops, and prepares and disseminates support documents associated with procedure, policy, and policy changes.
Originally from Tucson, Kim is a University of Arizona alum and has worked at the University since 2014. With more than 15 years of experience teaching, supporting, and collaborating with the University's incredible faculty, administrators, and staff, she is a wonderful resource to the Wildcat Community.
Kim has served on numerous University of Arizona committees and workgroups and has been a member of the University Staff Council (or its proceeding council) since 2016. She incorporates the University Value of Inclusion in all pursuits.
