Delphi Career-Track Faculty Fellows Development Series
The University of Arizona continues to enhance the Career-Track Faculty model, leveraging its Delphi Award National Recognition to expand professional development resources across campus. Through this investment, two Career-Track Faculty Fellows were appointed to envision and curate a speaker series that highlights pathways for meaningful career advancement and innovative practices among career-track faculty.
This four-part series invites participants to engage with emerging frameworks on value-oriented career development, student success, and community-engaged scholarship—exploring how these institutional priorities intersect with individual professional trajectories and faculty identity.
